I had ups ship a collector sign from fairmont mn to concil bluffs ia. They recieved sign broken - my shipper in fairmont packaged and shipped the sign-he also knew the sign was in mint condition when he sent it out. I had to refund them 500.00 then my shipper had to turn in a claim. I looked at ups web site and it said claims usally take 5 days. My shipper called me back and said he was told it could take up to 5 weeks!!!
I called ups customer service and what a joke that was. The package was dropped by ups or something fell on it from their truck. They know it and my shipper knows it but ups is trying to find a way out of it. Very unprofessional business and rude customer service people from north carolina that i talked too.
