We purchased a microwave oven with installation on Saturday morning May 14 with a commitment to complete the installation on Tuesday May 17. We are still waiting as of Friday evening May 20. I have no confidence in Sears nor their ability to honor their customers. We have spent numerous hours trying to resolve this problem, however, we only get excuses.
