Poor Customer Service — Lost A Big Sale - Citizen Watch and Chaps Sportcoats

First of all, I tried to go to the Kohl's site and give store feedback, but the store I regularly shop at was not listed. Kohl's on Michigan Avenue in Canton. I tried to find another way to email them, but they apparently don't want complaint emails.

I went in to look for a watch. I found two that I was interested in. When the associate finally decided she should help me rather than stocking whatever she was stocking, she would only pull out one watch at a time. I felt like I was interrupting her. I wanted to compare two different but similar watches from different manufacturers; but, I had to go between counters and let her lock up one, then pull out another, then lock it up, then show me the first. It was a horrible waste of time. All because she said, "Sorry, it's policy". I gave up and told her to keep them. I went to Penney's, bought one of the exact watches I saw at Kohl's, and bought two sportcoats and slacks. All of which I would have bought at Kohls. They lost $650 in sales.

I am middle aged, respectable looking, on my local city council, and in middle management for a major telephone company. Very poor and I will not go back.
