I ordered a Garmin 260W from a Sears ad that was to include a free Beanbag Dash mount. They sent the Garmin. It is fine. But no beanbag dash mount. Sears says I should contact the manufacturer to send the missing part. (They just dont get it) Since when is it my job to contact their vendor? I ordered this from Sears not their vendor The picture ad showed the Garmin AND the free beanbag dash mount. Their only answer is to return the Garmin. This is clearly false advertising. Sears tells me how much they value my business and want me completely satisfied but wont do anything to make it right. The problem with Sears customer service is that you never talk to the same person twice. They just don't care.
