Ruined Christmas surprise with letter about gift to recipient

I purchased a gas grill as a Christmas present for my husband on that busy holiday shopping weekend after Thanksgiving. On December 18, we received a letter from Sears, trying to get us to purchase the repair protection agreement (which I flat out refused in the store). Although I (the wife) bought this with my own account, the letter was addressed to my husband! Also, on the outside of the envelope in VERY large type was the following: "Important information about your new gas grill." Needless to say, my husband, on the walk back from the mailbox saw this and knew exactly what that huge mystery box was under the tree. SEARS RUINED CHRISTMAS.

I highly recommend that you never purchase any gift from Sears for any member of your household, as Sears will promptly send a letter telling the entire household what your surprise gift is.

I talked to Sears about this, only to receive a rather lame e-mail from them, thanking me for my feedback. Feedback? They ruined Christmas. They have done nothing to address this.
