I purchased parts online on Dec 4. Four months later I am still trying to recieve a refund on the order that was never sent. The company says it is the fault of UPS and not theirs. I have never recieved any parts or reasonable explanation.
I have called customer service over 20 times in the last 4 months only to be told each time that a report will be filed. My order was $109.00. I am sure that the company expects me to just give up on my refund.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced as they never reply to my emails and their answers on the phone have always been the same, "I will file a report "
I am screwed. I can only warn you to stay far far away from this company. It has been a very frustrating and expensive lesson.
