The owner of the company is automatically debiting funds from customers for the service, double and sometimes even triple, and claiming that it is a bank error.
This is not a banking error, it is intentional, and is a laughing matter that the customers are too stupid to do anything about it. Employees are instructed to "take a message" when anyone calls in to complain, and we receive multiple calls per day with upset customers who have called several times and have not received a response.
