Mci is a pain. They let someone else not in the household cut off our phone, refuse to re-connect after entering into a verbal contract to do so. Trying to convince me i need new phone service with them on my account instead of the existing service i have. Keep giving me the run around about my service.
Supervisors promised it would be back on in 14 days, none yet.
Then put a financial block on the account for a bill that is not in my name. Want me to give them a phone number where they can call me. Ha ha don't want to be compliant to thier agreements.
