I have been ordering from ABC for a few years now. I have never had the problems with them that I am having now. I have placed orders and they were cancelled with no explination, I have gotten sub-standard merchandise that fell apart and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I finally had to pay for one item and send the other back at my expence and still have not gotten credit for it. I had one item shipped and did not receive for one month and finally got it and had to send it back, again at my expence. Backoredered items are not listed on the item in the catalog, so it is a huge guessing game. Ordered something months ago and still have not received, but I am getting a bill for it.
This company had gone downhill. There is no management what so ever. They love to ship you one item at a time to raise the shipping cost, and yet they advirtise that you can save money on shipping if you order more then one item, Yah right.
Yes, some of the stuff is nice, but is it worth the headache and problems.
