U-talk called, company ws to send information for one product. Company was authorized to have 3.95 only, i gave check number to do so.
Nothing came, but when i checked bank account, u-talk had deducted another 3.95 plus 99.90 and 139.95 out of the account.
I called to complain and cancel everything. They stated they would send me documents to fill out to get my money back. I filled them out and they acknowledge receiving them on may 28. They then told me i would have my money within 14 bus. Days.
When nothing came, i started calling. That is when they started the run-a-round with me. First they said the checks were sent, then they were lost and a tracer put on them.
Next they just kept telling me they were sending it up to the front office for review. Spoke with cindy cortez on 07/28/04, who transferred me to supervisor dave, id0129, who said it sould only take another 10-14 days.
Called 08/10/04, woman told me dave was mistaken and it would take 4-6 weeks. I told her i was given a guarantee that it would be here and she told me to shut up complaining and hung up
Called 08/20/04 spoke with rep #4412, jamie, still no check, called 08/27/04 and spoke with cloe, id 5739, transferred me to sean, supervisor #1794, who gave me back to dave, who again said he would send a request to the main office
Called 09/14/04, spoke to miguel, supervisor, who again said would send a request to the main office
Send certified letter10/01/04 to u-talk, nothing yet.
