They took unauthorized money out of my account and stated that I applied for a loan with them and the only way I would get my money back is if I took the loan. I informed them that I wouldn't fill out an application with them if my life depended on it. I asked for the supervisor, Jason, and talked to him briefly until he decided to hang up on me after I told him I didn't want a loan or $100.00 gas card, I just wanted my money back. After he hung up on me, I called back and spoke with Chris, agent 155, who intern tried to verify my information for me to get this loan. I informed her that I didn't want a loan but that I wanted to talk to Jason's supervisor. I was quickly transferred to Ben, who claimed to be a supervisor, who verified my information and gave me a conformation number and informed me that my $30 would be back in my account within 5-7 business days. I will keep you posted. I am more than prepared to take this as far as I need to.
