We ordered Christmas gifts from ABC at the end of October this year. We still have not received our package yet they continue to send us overdue billing statements.
I tried for days to get through on the phone but the line was always busy. Finally I started calling a few minutes before they open, was placed on automated hold, and someone answered.
Now get this: the lady told me it was the U.S. Post Office's fault that I and 1000's of other customers were not getting their packages! She said that the post office was "just not delivering them." She promised she would send me a new order via FEDEX. That was over a 10 days ago. Still... NO package. No notification with any tracking number. Nothing... Except "Perhaps you've Forgot" billing statements, both email and paper bills. I will never do business with these people again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service from this company.
By the way, I told the lady that I spoke with that my local post office manager advised me to request that ABC resend the order with a tracking number which only costs 40 cents! The ABC lady said they were not equipped for that. Then, before my conversation with her ended, she said she would put a tracer on my original order! HOW? Since they are "set up for tracking."??
