I never ordered nor received this product. When I called I spoke to "customer service" representatives who state that it is their policy to bill for this since it was an Internet order. I told them this was not done by me and they said since it had my name on the account and that the tracking from the post office could be confirmed it was their policy to bill.
I had the post office fax them a letter stating I never received the package and they told me they would not bill me for the package if I returned it. How ridiculous is this! How can you return something you do not have?
Now they say they will be billing me 19.95 or some sort thing for shipping costs! I told them I would not pay any such thing and that I will be reporting to my local police, the attorney general, the better business bureau and any other company. I will not authorize my credit card company to pay this "free sample".
I think they might have sent me a spam email to my email and when I blocked them they went ahead and sent me this unauthorized garbage. However, I never received it. This has taken time and energy from my post office and myseld. I am recovering from cancer and do not need the stress. What a rip off!!!
