I called to cancel an order that had not left there warehouse yet and I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. Yet on their site under returns, I don't see it.
Returns:
All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of your original order date. Knee4Speed does not accept returns past 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must still be in the box in unused condition. Knee4Speed is not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping fees. This includes the following conditions:
Merchandise cannot be painted
Merchandise cannot be drilled
Merchandise cannot be used or installed
Merchandise cannot be altered in any way from its original shipped condition
Original packaging and box must be in good condition
I first called to see if they had it. They did. Told them I was in California and they said it would leave the Calif warehouse and I would get it the next day.
Ordered it. Didn't process it until the next day. Said it took 24 hours to process my card. I called American Express and they said they process within Seconds. Called to cancel when they hit me with the fees. I called and asked all my questions before buying to not be surprised but I guess they will say anything to part you with your money.
I don't care for being miss ledd! Speak the truth man!
