I have had the neighborhood service for over 2 years, and up until now I have never had a problem. But boy has that all changed. I have always paid my bill myself and they (without my permission) changed the payment method to automatic debit. I never authorized this, and when I became aware of it I called, spoke to a supervisor (30 days ago) and was promised that she had corrected it. NOT!!! TODAY THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT.
I have notified my bank that this is a fradulent transaction and I think we should all file a class action lawsuit. For a company of this size to continue to screw up is outrageous!!!
