Services I authorized 1 car payment from my bank account but they debited it twice ripoff

Last week I called and gave them a payment over the phone. The customer service rep asked if I would like to have all of my monthly payments made this wasy and I specifically stated no, that I was only paying by phone for this month's billing. He said OK and confirmed with me that this was a one-time payment by phone.

Two days later I see that my account had been debited a second time for the same amount, and I was assessed NSF fees by my bank because of their unauthorized second debit. I spoke with 2 of their emloyees, one of which is a supervisor who said that she would call me back to let me know when they would credit my account for the charge. She said she was unsure if they could cover the NSF charges, and could not give me definite information about their procedure for handling a situation like mine.

Needless to say, she has not called back yet. I have notified my bank and they faxed a copy of the charges to Drive. Although I have only been a customer for a short time, I can already tell that they are full of it. I want my bank account taken care of immediately, but I feel like this it going to be a problem. I am interested in a class action suit to put them out of business for good.
