Ripoff claimed rate plan did not have unlimited mobile to mobile and overcharged me

In April I changed my rate plan to nationwide $59.99.in that plan it had 850 anytime minutes and 5000 night and weekend minutes. It also included unlimited mobile to mobile.

I recieved my bill a few days ago for $571.52. Claiming I went $408.30 over my minutes. I work over 40 hours a week, so does my boyfriend. How is it possible for us to use more then 850 minutes? Cingular would have a ridiculous answer for you, trust me.

I contacted cingular the day I got my bill. They put in for a high adjustment and denied it. After the lady told me that I was not responsible for $260.40, and that they would call me back in 14 business days. I am still responsible for it and I had to call them to find out it was denied.

If they even approved it, they said it would have been more than $408.30. I explained to them that I called on October 2 to drop my plan to $49.99, she said she would just switch the family talk to $9.99 so I could keep my minutes and still pay the same price.

I was informed by one lady it was changed on the 2nd and not the 10th, which is the beginning of my billing cycle, which gave me prorated minutes. A different lady argued with me over the fact a few days later that it was changed on the 10th and she didn't know what the first lady was talking about. I started to get a little heated over the subject. So I asked for a supervisor.

You would think a supervisor would know something. Yeah ok. He claimed that the plans are his job and he knows them better then me. I told him in April when I switched there was unlimited mobile to mobile and that it wasn't listed on my bill, which messed with my minutes.

He says it didn't start until September. That's where he is wrong... That's just when they switched it on my plan. He told me that I took off the mobile to mobile that I was paying for on April 27. I am not dumb enough to take it off if I call back and forth between the two phones so much.

So I had a gentlemen that works for a Cingular Store in the mall do a little searching for me. Apperently a few stores keep the old rate plans. So far he has tracked the unlimited mobile to mobile back to June for me. He also said that I shouldn't have to call to have it switched anyways, it should already be done for me.

So mean while I am still waiting to find out if it was also in April on the rate plans... No one magically knows, surprise surprise. This is not the first problem with Cingular. I have recieved bills for over $200 4 or 5 months in a row.

I was also charged for roaming before when they said that if I went to the place I had gone, there would be NO ROAMING CHARGES!!! LIARS

If anyone knows the rate plans for Aprils nationwide please email me... I really need to know. I am sick of Cingular and will be switching when my contract is up in September... I would advise everyone do the same. CINGULAR AND AT&T IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.

In addition, I was told I can review my old bills on their website. I tried and yet again magic... I can't find them!
