Kohls wrong and misleading online descriptions

I was so upset when i tried to purchase some of the Kohls Cares products online. I tried to get a scarf with a matching travel mug and tote. When i clicked on the products the pictures of the items all matched but when i received the items the tote was a different pattern. When i emailed customer service, they told me i got what i ordered. I kept checking the order sku and it matched the product i was trying to get. I tried to explain this to her that obviously she was not getting what i was trying to say and just checking the sku and not the description. I ordered the tote AGAIN and again i got the wrong one. So i went to the website to check the product and the name of the pattern had changed... But it still was wrong so i emailed customer service again... I sent her a copy of both my invoices and i took a picture of the items that i got and the one s i received as an attachment. I guess she finally did her job and looked on the website herself and found out that the descriptions were all wrong so she emailed me and told me i can keep the bag and she would refund me my money... Ok i got a refund for 1 tote but i bought 2 and they both are UGLY... I couldn't even give them away. I think that if you are doing something for a charity you should be more organized and careful. I bet Jennifer Lopez doesn't know you guys are using her name to sell products with wrong descriptions on them
