Twice now I have received something i ordered from Kohls that didnt fit the online description and now I am out money. I ordered 2,2pks of cotton woven Chap boxers, they sent KNIT boxers. There online description and pictures showed both knit and woven cotton items but the items I ordered were not knit.
Unfortunately when I went to return them in person I didnt have the packing slip and didnt realize the 'credit' they gave me was HALF of the original price. Yes I know i get the lowest price for the item without a receipt but now i have the receipt and they say its too late for them to match it up, etc. Since i dont have the product only the receipts. Maybe if they sent the correct items to begin with I wouldnt have to worry about receipts at all! This is the 2nd time in 3 months I've had this problem. I will never shop Kohls again... I hope they hear me and read this. I am so done with Kohls.
