Just read usacomplaints.com dated 9/5 from a Calif. Customer about Lowes' Werner Ladder Rebate.
My wife and I received the same letter stating that the rebate would not be honored due to no UPC being enclosed. We enclosed EVERYTHING that was asked for on the rebate receipt including the UPC. My wife called the Lowes number on the refusal message and talked to a gentleman who promised that he would over-ride the refusal and we would get our rebate in 6-8 weeks. So far no rebate but we are hopeful! Maybe the gentleman that posted here earlier should give Lowes a call. Perhaps he would get his situation resolved as I hope we have.
