Instant tax refund service offered a promotion were you would get free tickets to a concert if you used their services, so i did. First of all i ended up paying more than three hundred dollars for a forty eight hour service that took more then a week.
Then i waited almost two months for the tickets so i finally called to hear that the tickets just came in so i could come and pick them up.
When i got there i found out that they were only giving out one ticket and i had to pay thirty dollars if i wanted a second one, so i did bacause it's no fun going by yourself.
On the day of the concert my husband and i drove all around downtown dc to find the concert, we finally found it and guess what! There was no concert just a note on the door saying canceled!
I tried to reach a representative on several occasions but had no luck. I just recently got through (because it's tax season again) and i was told that the only way i could get rembursted was to file my taxes with them again this year. I don't think so.
So i say to all of you please don't use instant tax refund services.
