I was actually told by customer service that they emailed them when the show is so close to make sure you get the tickets in case Fed Ex loses them or something. I found this to be funny because Fed Ex is one of the most reliable delivery services in the world. I contacted customer service once and someone answered my call right away. The representative was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered my question within two minutes. THERE WAS NO HOLD TIME!!! It was a very smooth transaction. I'd definitely use Ticket Liquidator in the future. I chose this vendor over others because they were one of the few that offered overnight delivery, which of course turned out to be instant email delivery... Bonus! I admit I had never heard of this site before but they were the best deal and most convenient to purchase from for tickets the day before and event. The whole transaction took less than thirty minutes to complete from the time I located the website to the time I received the tickets in my email inbox.
