Purchased 2 VERY EXPENSIVE tickets to Lady A concert at Pepsi Center. Weeks later informed that tickets were not available. Told to call about replacement Tickets. Called 4 times... Each time on hold for 30 min or more. Replacement tickets that were Sub Standard from first order were taken and a few days late I was AGAIN Informed that those tickets were NOT AVAILABLE!!! Horrible Customer Service and not a reputable service. Buyer BEWARE!!!
