Myself and a friend ordered tickets online for a concert as birthday presents for my husband and her boyfriend. We purchased the tickets a few days after they became available and found a great deal online. We were both told that the tickets would not be delivered until a week before the concert and if we do not receive them to call the number listed. Low and behold, the week before the concert, no tickets. I called the number and it is out of service. I reply to the e-mail I had receieved and it is sent back to me saying the delivery failed. Basically I am furious for losing the money (over $500) combined and I missed my sister's graduation to take my husband to the concert, and now I am missing both! These people need to pay!!
