I responded to a 10% merchandise card banner that was advertised on msn. The rebate requirements were met by me and i kept my records to validate any misunderstandings. I emailed for an answer as to the whereabouts of my rebate after waiting three months. Their reponse was that i was missing something and i needed to call them.
I knew this was incorrect so the call was made. They then informed me that it was only available to people who recieved this special in their email. The fact that i received the special as a pop up as a msn user was immaterial to them.
It is hard to understand how this type of customer care can exist in a corporation (or would exist). Looking at the numerous complaints this company has, and my personal experience, our country will be better off without this company...
