I was suppose to get a $20 rebate on a Brother Fax machine I purchased from Circuit City in Nov. 2001. When it didn't come in Jan. 2002 I called them and they said I had failed to sign the rebate form. I was sure fill out everything. The girl I talked to put me on hold for a minute and then said they would mail me my rebate.
The last week of Feb. 2002 I called them to see if it had been sent yet because I still haven't recieved it. I talked to a man named Louis or Lewis and he informed me that it was to be mailed on March 1. It is now Mar 24 and I still have not received the rebate. I don't want to call anymore because it is long distance and the calls would us up the rebate.
I contacted the manager at our local Circuit City where I bought the Fax machine and he said he would see what he could do for me. I still haven't heard anything or recieved the rebate.
