I bought a ($100) pair of shoes from Aldo, and within 2 months, one of the laces had ripped. I brought the shoes into the store, and the person told me that they would be able to do something about it only if there is something wrong with the actual shoe (not the lace) within 90 days of the purchase. They suggested I go look for laces at Walmart or another store, they did not even have laces for the shoe.
I am very disappointed and frustrated with what I thought would be a company that stands behind their (supposedly qualitative) product (s).
