I ordered boots on 11/30 for Christmas delivery and paid extra for DHL delivery. I emailed customer service and received response emails indicating the boots had shipped... After more than a week, I emailed customer service again and got a response email that they had contacted the carrier and were "looking into where the boots were"... The tracking numberI was given was not a valid tracking number and today, their web-site is gone.
