I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. I had questions in regards to ordering and they answered my questions... That time anyway. They did assure me during that phone conversation I would have the item in plenty of time before Christmas. "No worries Ma'am" they said! The charge was put thru on Dec 16.
I emailed this company numerous times trying to get my tracking number to assure the product was shipped. I recieved one email response of "I have to contact the tracking department and I will let you know".
After a few days past by I emailed again and got no response.
A few more days past by and I called and once again no response. I then, emailed them everyday after that and... NOTHING.
I have requested a refund, a tracking number or something. Just communicate. Good grief.
I own a business and know that the customers are the key to my success. Without them I would have nothing.in my opinion it wont be long that this so called business goes out. But not before they tke peoples money and run.
Its now January 02 and of course I have not heard a word.
Trust me on this one... Find another company to buy your personalized apparel from... Unless you like getting ripped off!!!
