Aldo's online inventory/tracking system is messed up. I have ordered goods thrice online and have been disappointed for the following reasons:
a) Ordered bags online only to have it cancelled 1 week after purchase since inventory was not available
b) Ordered one clutch and after 2 weeks the order did not arrive. Upon calling customer service was informed that they couldn't track the order! Retarded system.
Why is their online service so pathetic?
