About a year back, I ordered two pairs of shoes off of the aldo website. 5 days later, I got an email that said the shoes were no longer available and it took several days for the refund which was not actually a full refund since they hadn't repaid the shipping. So for black friday, I took advantage of some coupon codes and ordered a pair of boots. When the boots arrived, the box was ripped open and torn to shreds almost, with no quality or care provided in packaging. After that to my surprise, I tried on the boots and it turned out that they sent me two shoes for the right foot only therefore I couldn't even put both of them on. The sizing was far off from every other shoe or boot I've ordered even at aldo stores. I'm never buying online from aldo again. Highly recommend visiting in store since they are obviously too busy to do things right the first time with online purchases.
