I've have always been a fan of aldo shoes, they are very cute and stylish and good price range. I recently ordered a pair of lovely boots from aldoshoes online. I have to say it is one of my worse online shopping experience ever. The costumer service is always very busy — i have to wait at least half an hour to speak to a representative and sometimes, they would put me on hold and then make me start all over again (like go through the extensions, for example, press 3 for tracking) This means i had to wait longer just to talk to someone for another half an hour. They are no help, didnt even let me finish and hang up. It said they shipped my shoes on the 31 of dec. And it is now jan. 5 and the tracking # says billing info. Received only, they claimed they send it out, so i called ups and they made me call aldo to call them to start a search investigation because they didn't get it and the aldo customer service would just tell me to wait and that they can't do anything about it now because they have no scan information, so now i just have to hope my package to come...
