Ripoff disnonest fraudulent billing Oakland Florida

I thought that this ILD is part of the verizon bill that we got. I called the verizon to pay a bill, the operator asked me if i am aware of the ILD which is not coming from them. Its 28 $ a month. So the verizon operator gave me the number to call and i did. ILD operator told me they are gonna cancel my subscription and i wont be charge the next bill and they will give me my 40$ plus.
Then i looked for other bills and i found that it was since June 7 when they been billing us.
This is such a fraud and i hope they can't get away with it.
