Operator Assistance Network - Verizon
Charged our Verizon account for Operator Assistance calls that we didn't make Ripoff

We received our monthly Verizon phone bill yesterday and it had a 3 charges on it from a company called Operator Assistance Network (OAN) with for the amount of $12.63.

I was immediately called Verizon Customer Service (800-944-9646) to complain and requested a refund. The Verizon operator said he would refund the charges.

The Verizon operator had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't want operator assistance that I shouldn't call: 10 15 15 800. No one in our household had made such a call!
