Web site prices not available at store

I shop at the Safeway company called Von's in Southern California. They have a program called "Just 4 You" that has a web site with several categories of offers available to club members who have signed up for the program. One of these categories lists their current "Club Special" prices, that are actually supposed to be available for all club members. I have consistently found that many of these prices have not been available at the store, however. The usual response at customer service is "That advertised price says it is for 'selected varieties' and we don't have that variety here." There is no way, apparently, for either the customer or the store employee to determine what the particular variety at the lower price is, either on the web site or any by accessing any other information they might have at the store. Based on my further research through communication with their customer service contacts (both online and over the phone,) there really are NO varieties in thier pricing database available at the Club Price as listed on the web site. This is true for many items each week. One response I had from an e-mail inquiry informed me that those prices might be corrected "at the Manager's discretion." I believe this to be a deceptive trade practice, in that they routinely advertise prices that are not available at the store.
