Khols wouldn't refund money after a package was NOT delivered

On November 15th, my mother made a big purchase online (over $150) and used her Khols Charge Card to purchase the order. We never got the package, i'm assuming because UPS delivered it to the wrong address. She went on to call corporate to notify them of the incident, and after about a month and half, your employees told her she would get a full refund. However, a couple days ago, my mother got a letter in the mail stating that she will NOT get her refund because it shows in your records that "we recieved the package", when in fact we have not. I can NOT believe how poorly this situation was handled, and although it's UPS fault that the package was not delivered, i believe as a company, you should have refunded her money then went after UPS for it. She was told that the situation is in her hands now and that it is up to her to contact UPS. We have had a charge card for your store and have shopped there for many years, and its unfortunate that this situation has made us not EVER want to do buisness with you ever again. It disgusts me that you are so unwilling to help out your loyal customers. That package was Christmas presents for my family, and now not only do we not have our items, but my mother has PAID for those non-existent items. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this matter and maybe actually try to do something about it this time.
