My 84 yearold mother order this product which was addvertised on TV, buy one for 10 dallors plus P/H, get another for free just pay an additional P/H. When we recieved the one package it had three small boxes in it plus an invoice which had a charge of $107.94. This is not what she ordered, when she in fact ordered what was addvertised. So I called and complained to their toll free number and they said that the order placed was what we recieved and if I wanted to return it we would be refunded less postage and handling. Postage and handling was $6.99 for the first item, and $6.99 for the second item, there were three small boxes in one package, two items in each box, so they charged $6.99 six times for one package. I was willing to ship it back until they said I would not recieve that charge back, and I would have to pay the postage to send it back, this is not right and they were very rude on the phone, please help my mother as she is on a limited income, and this company took her for granted on this purchase.
