I purchased an on-line order, double checked my address etc. When I checked online the package was shown as being delivered to "front porch". The delivery was not made to my front porch as I was home all day—I called Kohl's and was informed they would trace the package and "let me know". When I stated this was a Christmas gift, they replied this was all they could do. I have had this happen on a few other occassion with other companies and the order was either refunded immediately or they re-shipped the order and then they dealt with the shipper. This is not something that was my fault—this is a problem between Kohl's and their shipper. Kohl's refusal to refund my money or re-ship the order—as JcPenny & Sears do&has earned them my refusal to ever shop with them again. There is no excuse for their poor customer service.
