Went in in the evening to get an Iced Latte and asked the Shift Leader to give me happy hour prices, since I was screwed out of them earlier. She refused and as I was explaining what happened earlier in the day, Victoria kept repeating to the other worker that was there at that hour, "He's talkin bout ur momma. He's talkin bout ur mom." Tim, walked over to me and said, "Don't you talk about my momma! Did you hear me, he repeated, don't talk about my momma." This was repeated several times with his voice getting louder each time. As customers came in he got even louder. I finally told him to shut his mouth. Nothing was resolved. The Asst. Mgr. From the Dunlawton store was very helpful, but the owner never called, or contacted me. My wife went back in with her co-workers and was ignored. I have to drive to Starbuck's. Wish there was one closer.
