The service fro this location was exemplary, until this incident. As I was telling the Shift Manager, (Victoria) about an incident, I was told by another employee to shut up. I was told numerous times to, "Stop talkin about my mother." To find out, the person I was complaining about was the mother to the person working and he didn't like that I had a complaint involving his mother. I did receive a phone call from the manager about the incident, but was told that because one was an employee for a year and is in good standing that nothing will be done about it. As nothing was done to anyone that was involved. I was a regular of about 3-4 times per day and occasionally my wife and daughter. I was a great advocate for this persons stores. Flashing a latte in front of hundreds a day at the y and hundreds at the school. My business was only worth a free Latte to Dunkin Donuts, so I will start flashing Starbuck products from here on out.
