I am a frequent shopper and absolutely love their quality. Id buy toilet paper if sarar manufactured it. Non the less i have run into the president of the company a few times and its affected my views tremendously.
Although i feel all Sarar branches carry exquisite styles i prefer to make my purchases at the Paramus location. Staff are all very friendly and i have never felt pressure into buying anything. Until one day. That one day the president of the company happened to be there and he was very aggressive. My sales person was aware of my discomfort and was doing whatever she could to keep him away. The sales girl iv been working with (over three years) has never failed to answer any of my questions properly, but the man who is supposed to be her boss belittled her and made it seem like she was just hired (he himself speaks has a heavy accent and couldn't answer my curve ball questions.) This was not the only time iv run into this man but every time i do i think of one simple thing.
How is it that a company like Sarar manages to hire such kind people train them to the fullest extent, have top of the line merchandise and be run by such a man?
