Ipoff, more fraud, unwanted services

I wrote earlier about Fulfillment credit card fraud and the connection with USBI/sprint and now after reading carefully another name comes up called Tralee elephone co. It even sounds weird. Has anyone else had this? The charge is $13.90 for something called savings plus monthly fee and $1.24 for universal service fund U. What in the world is all of this. I have brain tumors and don't know what to do. Cancel my telephone?
