I had applied to a Sephora nearby. I had later recieved a call for a group interview and a few days after that, I got called back for a solo interview but at a different location. It had been two weeks since the second interview and decided to call back and check my status at the original location in which I had the group interview. The manager simply told me if I hadn't heard work back yet that they probably moved on to other candidates. I thanked him for his time and cosideration. The only problem I had during this process was the fact that this information wasn't given out earlier. I know most people if they are denied a job there, they usually get a postcard or a letter in the mail informing them. But I recieved nothing. I wish I would've known sooner thats all. I know Sephora takes time reviewing your background and checking your references so thats why I called back two weeks later to give them time, but if they knew they weren't going to hire me they could've at least informed me of it. I'm not bitter, if there were better candidates I understand that but let me know that's all. If I hadn't called back, who knows if they would have ever informed me.
