It takes a lot for me to write a review, I either have to be very impressed or VERY disappointed. Sephora seems to have changed in the last few years. I came back to the website after shopping elsewhere. What a mistake! My order took nearly THREE weeks and this was after they cancelled it two weeks after the initial order. I am missing several things that were on sale (apparently that's why they cancelled it) Umm... Hello?! Why have these items on the website if they are not available? Kind of like a bait and switch thing, I feel. I wrote to the customer service department and received a very lame, luke warm exlanation, no apology. I just got my items two days ago. Seriously, I could have flown to the other side of the country and back to get them myself and still get it sooner! Very, very disappointed. I now have to go through line by line and see what's missing. I used to love Sephora. Beware. Hard earned money should go to a company that knows how to treat their customers.
