I have been a loyal customer for the Kohls company but today was the most disappointing experience I have ever gone through not only at this store but in the retail business in general. I had finished all Christmas shopping a couple of days before Christmas at the redlands store and was very satisfied with everything but it was until checkout when I did not receive a gift receipt like I had asked for! And noticed that the very distracted cashier left the sensor on one of my purchases I was very disappointed, but the most upsetting part of this whole experinece was today. A day after Christmas I go to the kohls that is closer to home in fontana, ca and I am completely humiliated in front of the whole line of people by three representatives of this store. Fist of all when I get to talk to the cashier, she says that I shoplifted what?!!! This comment coming out of her mouth got me going to throw this nonsense in their face. She calls her supervisor and because I do not have this gift receipt that I asked for in the first place I am treated like trash. I kelp myself calm and explained to them that it is not my fault that the cashier hadleft the sensor as a proof of my purchase I showed them all the kohls cash coupons I had received from my previous purchase. How are you going to blame someone of shoplifting and still receive a good amount of kohls cash. It was degenerating as a person first of all because this assumption can really hurt someone and it reflects what customer service training these "managers" receive from this company. These people made wait a very long time almost an hour and a half of just talking nonsense until
