I bought a GE dishwasher from HH Gregg on 11/16/10. We selected it up 11/18/10 and that I made preparations having a company who had been presently carrying out work in my own house to set up it. After installation, there is a water trickle in the left-front part. I really could not make use of the dishwasher because of the trickle. I required support, along with a service guy From The&E Factory Support (800-905-9505) found restore the trickle on Thursday, November 24. Fix specialist stated in his statement: "Component Disappointment: Fan lacking on top stand left-side growing stage, water going right through gap." Theresa examined with Store-Manager Gregg who informed her "HH Gregg isn't accountable for the installment because we didn't utilize among their contractors. Client may bring dishwasher back again to HH Gregg when they desire." Store-Manager Greg was "hectic" and may not talk to me about the telephone. I called back and quit a note for Greg to call me but didn't get a return phone. And so I possess a fresh GE dishwasher that I can't use as a result of substantial trickle. I'll never store at HH Gregg again, because they don't uphold their items once they are faulty. Their store-manager doesn't actually return my calls.
