Extended Warranty

HH Gregg sold my extended warranty to a company that contracted with a Premier Electronics company 143 milles from my home. They diagnosed my problem over the phone and have given me excuse after excuse why my TV has been completely blank for over one month. I bought my extended warranty from HH Gregg and that is who I expect to honor it. My TV is less tan 2 yrs old and

I now after this length of time expect it to be replaced
