Bresnan f - for customer service, service is bad, underground lines no good for net, or tv, keep sending tech, he says fixed but its not 6 years of this crap

I have Bresnan/Optimum for six years, shame on them, they have lied, and tricked me, i have paid thousands to them, for service that is sub par, techs have told service provider they fix it, but its never fixed, and i wait all day, thats after a two week wait, for the same old crap, they say the lines are old, i say they need to upgrade the lines, they own them, i pay for a sub par service, when they claim its superior, its not... Just ask Dish to set you up on a month to month, they do have that!

Ps, and you can use a droid to power your internet, you dont need the so called high speed they offer.
