It is very simple, we paid for the services of a video recording of the days events and it was never delivered.
I have many other opinions of the coaches that were stated (in emails and brochures) to be professional level, when in reality they were nothing more than local high school coaches lead by an event coordinator from NUC
bottom line, 9 months later and a dozen emails I do not have a refund or the DVD of my son.
They acknowledged the order and point fingers at various people within the NUC company to contact, but there is no further response from anyone and no DVD.
