Had A OAN charge on my SBC bill. Contacted SBC to find out what the charges were. Refused the charges. SBC took them off my bill. I was Guaranteed the charges would never be put on my bill again. OAN charge reoccured again. Second time that I contacted SBC talked to the individual named IKE, He would not let me talk to a supervisor, debated and would not answer my questions. He would not be straight with me. He said he couldn't take charges off my bill, and he jerked me around on answers. Very displeased with SBC, I think this could come under a federal investigation because apparently a number of people are being scammed and ripped off on the same fraud. This needs to be resolved and action taken.
